ADULT Care and Support

Our teams provide care and support in the home and in accessing the community. Our services are tailored to your need and include:

  • Personal care, arranging and attending appointments and medication support.
  • Supported management of your home, life and access to your community.
  • In-home skills building and including a blend of face to face, IT and telephone supported provision.
  • Supported living up to 24/7 in your home.

WE PROVIDE A RANGE OF BESPOKE SERVICES FOR ADULTS WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES, PHYSICAL DISABILITIES AND MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT NEEDS.

We have robust relationships with families, community organisations and external agencies, including Hampshire County Council, GP surgeries, community nurses and supported employment providers.

We aim to exceed the required regulatory standards and safeguarding needs for the people that we support.

Our caring and qualified teams offer all year round support to adults, children and young people who access our services and we are fully committed to safeguarding the people that we support, with our commitment extending to ensuring all of our support workers are Level 3 Safeguarding trained.

We pride ourselves on delivering excellent support and exciting wellbeing focused opportunities, aiming to completely fulfil the needs and wishes of the people that we support.

Care Quality Commission

In September 2019 we were inspected by the Care Quality Commission. They rate the Care and Support Service as Good across the board. You can access our report here.

ADULT WELLBEING

We provide a wide range of fun and engaging life opportunities for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health support needs. These opportunities offer a chance to socialise with friends and build new networks, get out and about, learn new skills and create new opportunities.
